Our work begins with selected partner factory resources. We assess the match between your garment and the factory’s materials, construction capabilities, quantities and production availability, then explain the proposed route.

We stay involved in the work.

WEFTLANE manages communication and coordinates sample development, quality checkpoints, production follow-up and delivery arrangements. We keep approvals tied to a written specification and follow issues through the next agreed action.

Transparent pricing, with an ongoing role.

We quote the factory goods price and our service fee separately, with no hidden product markup. Initial proposals protect factory identities; the selected factory is disclosed after engagement. A practical working relationship.

You set the product direction and approve key decisions. We coordinate the manufacturing side, clarify costs and responsibilities, and keep you informed as work progresses. Project scope and commercial terms are agreed before paid work begins.
