A FEW QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Before we begin.

Do I need to find my own factory?

No. WEFTLANE provides selected partner factory resources and proposes a suitable production route for your brief. We remain involved through sampling, quality management, production follow-up and delivery coordination.

How does WEFTLANE manage quality?

We agree the specification and sample reference, define quality checkpoints and follow findings with the factory. We coordinate corrective actions and review readiness before shipment. Inspection coverage, acceptance criteria and any specialist testing are confirmed in the project scope.

Can you help with a small production run?

Yes, we can assess it. Minimums depend on the garment, fabric and quantity per style and colour. We check these with the proposed partner factory before confirming feasibility and price.

Can I start without a finished tech pack?

Yes. Send product references, intended fabric, approximate quantities and target timing. We will identify the specifications needed before accurate costing and sample development.

Who handles production and delivery issues?

WEFTLANE is your contact for factory communication and follow-up. We raise issues, coordinate corrective actions and keep you informed. Commercial remedies, inspection responsibilities and delivery terms are agreed in the project documents.

How are fees and timelines agreed?

First engagements are charged at 8–10% of factory goods value. Same-product, same-factory repeat orders are 5%; large orders are negotiated at 3–5%. Additional costs are itemised and the scope is agreed before engagement. See the full pricing policy.
