REPEAT ORDERS

Keep the work moving.
For repeat orders of the same product with the same factory. Includes production management, quality coordination and factory communication within the agreed scope.
LARGE ORDERS
3–5%
Agree a rate for the scale.
Negotiated for larger orders according to order value and service complexity. Eligibility and the exact rate are confirmed in your proposal.
How the percentage is calculated: on the agreed factory goods value. WEFTLANE’s fee, separately itemised QC or testing, sampling charges and shipping are not included in that calculation. The applicable rate and scope are confirmed in writing before engagement.
New products, a different factory or substantial development work are reviewed as a new scope rather than automatically receiving the repeat-order rate.

Goods plus service fee would be US$21,600 for the first example and US$21,000 for the repeat example. Sampling, separately charged QC or testing, freight and applicable destination costs are additional as quoted.

BEFORE ENGAGEMENT
Understand the offer.
Proposals use factory references such as “Factory A — Guangdong”, with relevant capabilities and order requirements. Factory names, direct contact details and identifying documents are not part of the initial proposal.
Capabilities, minimums and certifications are shown only where checked and relevant; an anonymous profile is not a certification claim.
AFTER ENGAGEMENT
Know your production partner.
Once the agreed sourcing fee or project deposit is paid, or the procurement service agreement is signed, we disclose the selected factory’s identity and relevant supply-chain information for your project before production commitment.
Disclosure covers the selected production relationship, not access to WEFTLANE’s full supplier database. The engagement documents define the scope and confidentiality expectations.
One contact through production.
WEFTLANE manages buyer–factory communication, tracks approvals and follows quality and delivery issues. We arrange joint technical discussions when needed and keep the resulting decisions in the project record.
Our work continues after the factory introduction: material confirmation, MOQ discussions, sampling, production tracking, QC coordination, corrective actions and shipment preparation. Future collections and replacement factory needs are reviewed with a new scope where required.
Questions about fees
Is this just a fee for introducing a factory?
No. The service covers the agreed sourcing and production work, including factory communication, sampling coordination, production follow-up and quality coordination.
Is QC included in the percentage?
Quality management and coordination are included within the agreed scope. Specific inspection visits, independent testing and other specialist charges are separately itemised where applicable, so you can see exactly what you are approving.
When does the repeat-order rate apply?
The 5% rate applies to the same product with the same factory. A new design, a factory change or substantial redevelopment requires a scope review. We agree any different rate before work starts.
Do you publish factory contact details?
No. We provide anonymised factory proposals before engagement, then disclose the selected factory and relevant supply-chain information after engagement. WEFTLANE remains your production coordination contact.
