WEFTLANE is the independent sourcing service described on this website. This notice explains how enquiries submitted here are handled.

Information you submit

The RFQ form collects your name, email, destination, product requirements and any optional company, budget, timing or reference information you choose to provide. This information is used to review and respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible sourcing project.

How the form works

The website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify. Form submissions are stored in the website owner’s Netlify account. Netlify may process technical information to deliver the site, operate the form and filter spam. See Netlify’s privacy notice for its practices.

Sharing and follow-up

Your details are not collected for a marketing mailing list. If a supplier needs product details to assess your request, the scope of that sharing will be discussed with you. Avoid sending confidential designs or sensitive personal information in the first enquiry.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is kept while reviewing or discussing your project and as needed for related records. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, submit the contact form with “Privacy request” in the brief and use the email associated with your original enquiry. Identity may need to be verified before a request is actioned.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the site does not install advertising trackers or optional analytics scripts. The hosting provider may maintain technical logs to operate and secure the service.
