Each stage gives you a concrete decision to approve and gives the factory a clear basis for the next step.

01 / Share your product brief

Send reference images or a tech pack, material preferences, quantities by style and colour, target pricing, destination and timing. We identify what is confirmed and what needs development.

02 / Confirm factory fit and scope

WEFTLANE reviews the brief against its partner factory resources. We share an anonymised factory profile and clarify capabilities, factory goods price, sample terms and availability. WEFTLANE’s service fee is listed separately. You review the proposed production route, scope and fees before engagement. See our pricing policy. After the agreed sourcing fee or deposit is paid, or the service agreement is signed, we disclose the selected factory and relevant production information before a production commitment.

03 / Develop and approve the sample

We coordinate materials and sampling, consolidate your feedback and track revisions. Your approval of the sample and written specification establishes the reference for bulk production.

04 / Follow production and quality

We track agreed milestones and review product-specific quality checks. Changes to materials, workmanship or timing are brought back for a decision. We follow corrective actions with the factory and record unresolved items.

05 / Review readiness and coordinate delivery

We review agreed quality findings, quantities, labels and packing requirements before coordinating shipment handover. Freight arrangements, documentation and delivery responsibilities follow the agreed project terms.
