A listing may show several products, price tiers or customisation options. Identify the variant you need and ask the supplier to confirm its fabric, sizing and availability. Request current product details rather than treating the main listing image as a final specification.
Separate a listing price from your project budget
Ask what quantity the price assumes and which labels, packaging or alterations it includes. Keep China-side delivery, handling, samples, international freight and any destination costs separate when comparing offers. Any purchasing or payment arrangement must be agreed before funds are committed.
Decide what a sample needs to establish
