SOURCING SUPPORT / CHINA
The right production partner for your garment.
We begin with WEFTLANE’s selected partner factory resources. Your garment, fabric, order split and production requirements determine which factory we propose and what needs to be confirmed before sampling.
Start a Project ↗Who this is for
For apparel brands developing a new style or moving production. Factory selection is the start of an ongoing WEFTLANE-managed production relationship.
What the proposed scope can include
- A documented product and quantity brief.
- An anonymised partner factory proposal explaining product fit and current production conditions.
- Confirmed quotation assumptions, sampling terms and open technical questions.
- A practical plan for sampling, quality checkpoints and production follow-up.
The final deliverables and fees are agreed before paid work begins. View our transparent service fees.
Factory fit comes first
We review relevant garment construction, fabric requirements, order quantity and production availability before proposing a partner. We clarify which processes take place in-house and where outside specialists are involved.
An approved sample is the reference
We coordinate the sample, consolidate your feedback and track revisions. Measurements, fabrics, trims, labels and packaging are recorded so the approved version provides a clear basis for bulk production.
WEFTLANE stays responsible for coordination
We follow production progress, raise issues with the factory and track corrective actions. Quality criteria, inspection coverage, delivery responsibilities and costs are agreed before production. Any specialist testing or independent inspection is arranged to the agreed scope.
Questions before you enquire

No. WEFTLANE provides selected partner factory resources and proposes a fit for your project. We remain involved in communication, sampling, quality and production follow-up.
Does WEFTLANE own the factories?
We work with partner factories. WEFTLANE manages the agreed sourcing and production coordination; factory ownership is not part of our claim.
